Katrina’s surgery on Friday went smoothly and successfully. She has been an absolute warrior through this. Recovery has been pretty rough at times, but getting better. We got home from the hospital on Saturday afternoon, and she’s been getting some good, deep rest.Â
The full test results will take at least a couple of weeks, and those will help determine what the next steps are for her treatment. So for now we are just focused on Katrina’s healing from the procedure, and taking it one day, one nap, one breath at a time.Â
We are so grateful for all of the flowers and food, all of your good wishes and love. We couldn’t imagine doing this without such supportive family and friends.
